Trevor I was not aware you are feeling symptoms of both fibromyalgia and cfs. Your symptoms are similar to Anne? Hmm, now I'm recognizing. I'm sorry to both of you. That's a lot for both of you to continuously go through and Anne was correct it does render you in survival mode. It is truly a difficult thing to overcome and many people don't understand. I'm also sure that being a former athlete makes this especially difficult. You likely still have muscle memory that still holds on to the fact that you were able to perform at a high level for so many years. It's ok. I want to give you great hope. That high performing athlete might be changed but you still have that anchor to carry you through. Again there is assistance to guide you. I know you are used to handling issues independently but you are not broken and you are not weak to seek help. It takes a really bold person to seek additional assistance. You can still take this on your timeline but additional guidance would provide you with more insight to handle things with efficiency and when you are limited by cfs, it matters. Everyone cares about you. You are worth it☯️☀️❤️

It's so hard to change and not feel like the person you used to be. But just remember we know how special you are and you are valued just for being *you*.
