Absolutely we all have to recognize that it will take time to notice differences as we try these things and to keep moving slowly forward♥️

After I reread these comments I want to encourage everyone to give yourself grace. This is an extremely complex condition and some times it takes a multidisciplinary approach to begin to improve. You can make a difference. It takes time and the right approach for you. Remember small steps still move you forward ☯️💖🌱

This is just my opinion but look up pacing used to be called spoons in a search engine related to fibromyalgia. Pacing Is known to provide benefits and has a mind body connection. It takes time to adjust and it's not meant for everyone but I already believe in the mind body connection so it was a natural connection for me.☯️
