Yeah, I go to bed pretty early to make that happen.

That must be so hard, for both of you. Going down at 10 barely gives you 8 hours, assuming you were getting up at 6, which would then leave you feeling rushed.

Maybe focus on small adjustments here and there, see what works. I hope you can start getting yourself some better sleep soon, that makes a big difference in pain levels for me.

Sending love and understanding. 💛

I thought the same-2 hours for me would be 4:40AM🥴. My son is not falling asleep until about 10pm and I try to have him up by 5:45AM because it takes SO long to wake him and get him into the bathroom.
I usually do a 5 minute neck stretch but want to do more like you. It’s hard because I’m still getting 5 hours of sleep most nights and in pain. Thank you for responding!

That sounds hard, Kasha.

I’m curious what time does your 6 year old wake up and go to bed?

For me, I try to get up two hours before I have to leave. It allows for a slower paced morning.
But my bigger priority would be on at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep. So, making sure I’m in bed and winding down by certain times.

I might do a mini “workout”, 10-15 minimum. Something focused on what helps my body feel its best. Before I even wake up anyone else. 🤷‍♀️

I hope with some trial and error you find the routine that works best for both of you. 💛
