With fibro I find this can cause a lot of issues for a long time. Throws stability off even more than it was and makes it even harder to just be, let alone be productive in anyway.
Drains the body and everything symptoms even higher and everything crashes.
So does loud tv music appointments.
I used to help a lady one time that worked at the front desk and she had RA. She would get so upset if one item was not put back in the same location. She couldn't live with anybody for the same reason because they would move things and not put them back in their place. I could see how that can affect people. It affects me when I can't find something.
Moving is a nightmare for sure. I’m never doing it again! Too stressful.
Does having to move locations, deal with disrupted routines, or cope with sensory overload like loud TV, music, or appointments make fibromyalgia symptoms worse?
