The @ symbol is a handy way to tag or mention someone directly in a post or message online. It lets the person know you're talking to them or about them!

Here's how to use it:

- Type @ immediately before someone's username (no space), like @A MyFibroTeam Member
- As you type, a dropdown suggestion box may appear to help Show Full Answer

The @ symbol is a handy way to tag or mention someone directly in a post or message online. It lets the person know you're talking to them or about them!

Here's how to use it:

- Type @ immediately before someone's username (no space), like @A MyFibroTeam Member
- As you type, a dropdown suggestion box may appear to help autocomplete the username
- If no suggestions appear, just type the full username manually
- The tagged person will usually get a notification that they've been mentioned

It works the same way whether you're posting publicly or leaving a comment on someone else's post.
