@A MyFibroTeam Member you need a mortgage to get those. If I got one I'd want to use it all day everyday to get my money's worth 😂 I tried a weighted blanket and ended up getting a hoist in to put it in a skip. I thought I'd never be able to move again. I woke up thinking I'd be abducted.
They wouldn't keep me for long, they'd pay to get rid of me 😂😂
McCall, I dont have the red light . Because after researching it, it didn’t look like it helped that much . Maybe you have a better one since your daughter is a professional … I would love to hear your experience with it.I do have an “Infrared” heatpad that’s great, by Venture. I find it really helpful and use it several times a day. I go to sleep on it at night too and naps.🦋Victoria
Thanks for that update regarding the full body size mats. I'll have to do more research on them. My mat wasn't that effective but I didn't invest that much and I likely didn't get a good quality one. So if you get the better quality mat please update us with your results. I'd love to get results. Special thanks to your daughter for providing us with good info❤️💖💕
@VicChan, that’s great! When I’ve used the infrared it did help. My daughter has very hard to treat Hashimoto, she uses it and it’s help her numbers.
The mat she wants to get is pricey. The research shows it helps fibromyalgia, arthritis, and chronic pain. Helps circulation too.
Thank you for input!💞💞💞
