Thanks for all kind responses. I ordered a few bras and camis with built in bras. I’ll let everyone know how they feel.

Oddly, I had this same issue a few years ago. My solution was to buy sport bras in different sizes so I always had something to be comfortable in. I also bought sport bras that were made of a stretchier more comfortable material more like traditional underwear. I bought mine on Amazon, Walmart, meijers and eBay.

I don’t wear a bra at home due to binding & pain. I like your idea about nipple covers. Thanks for the good advice.

I struggle A LOT with restricting clothing, and bras and underwear are the worst offenders for me. I honestly don’t wear bras if i can get away with it, but will wear ultra soft lightly padded bralettes that are a size too big if needed, and for outfits that doesn’t work for I opt for nipple covers. I like both the non sticky and the sticky versions by CAKES. My tricks probably won’t work well if you need a bra for support tho :( I am an A cup

@A MyFibroTeam Member, what I would do, is just narrow down the internet search with "Pull on sports bra + modal" or something like that
