Going to have a colonoscopy to be safe. New issue so most likely not the hydrocodone that I have used for sixteen years now and managed fine with magnesium every day.
Sorry to ask a disgusting question.

In the uk they don't put you under, it's optional. You can have gas and air instead. I can cope with all the colonoscopies but hate the bowel prep first!
Pam it was an issue with me especially as I aged because your metabolism naturally slows down and your body doesn't need to eliminate as often. Still you do need to do it. Getting checked out is a good way to go to ensure everything is good. Since you already are a nutrient dense eater that is probably already covered but a nutritionist or dietician would be the best person to provide suggestions. Have you ever you ever had lymphatic drainage done? You can either do it yourself or have it done to you usually at a self care type place. I was shocked as I never realized it was an issue with fibromyalgia people. Once I got it done it immediately drained much of my stored puffiness I was carrying around for years without knowing why. As a result I immediately and naturally rid of my waste
If you have any spas of wellness facilities ask about their lymphatic drainage sessions. I hope you are feeling better soon. Because we all are so different it's best to have it thoroughly investigated. You are doing the best thing for you. You can try lymphatic drainage at any time. I'm wishing you the best.
Mmm yep a central nervous system response. This is another common fibromyalgia symptom. Generally magnesium helps with this also extra fiber and water in your diet. One of the things that helped me is eating more avocado 🥑🥑. Also lymphatic drainage helped me clean out my system. Probiotics help as well. Not all probiotics are the same, so get the approval by your health care provider for the one most beneficial for you. I hope you are feeling better soon.💖💗💜
I have taken Linzess for years. I couldn't do it if it didn't. I used Miralax, and other things and after a while they just stopped working. I have IBS-C and gastropareisis. I use papaya enzymes for the IBS flares and go on a soft diet but without Linzess I wouldn't be here.
I only go regularly if I use psyllium husk supplements and drink coffee in the morning and that doesn’t work if i take NSAIDS too often. I can relate but don’t have an answer for why that is- I should get a colonoscopy but have a fear of being put under for procedures so I cancelled my last scheduled one due to chickening out.
