Asking as I feel very unwell for a week after any vaccination eg flu, covid, shingles etc
I’m considering not having vaccines as I wonder if it’s doing more harm than good.
Oh goodness, YES!!! I experience flare ups often on vacation, time changes, airplane experiences and dealing with luggage, even if it's a rolling suitcase. The stress of catching a plane and sleeping in a bed other than mine. I will often times need a few days of rest and solitude after being around crowds and moving in ways my body isn't used to. Most of the time it's worth traveling because the distraction helps me psychologically.
Just driving a 100 miles to visit my daughter for a few days messes me up a day or two.
Yes the first time I got s COVID vaccination it sent me into a flare. I then started studying it and its reaction response in regards to fibromyalgia. Of course I found that many people with fibromyalgia overreact to obtaining vaccinations. However vaccinations I'm spite of what some people may have told you are important. They often save lives so ask your physician about it's possible impact considering you have fibromyalgia, I wish you good health.
I’m the same. Anything other than dressing and getting ready pushes me over the top of my energy limit. Dentist, doctors, eye specialist, travelling etc causes such pain and fatigue. Takes days to get back to my own normal ( lol )
