I cannot take any of the medication’s for fibromyalgia. So I use CBD softgels and Tylenol arthritis and regular arthritis. I use those to sleep also. Love my venture infrared heat pad, hot showers, hot baths. Don’t stay in one position for too long, especially sitting. Letting things go if I’m not up to it …pacing appointments ….staying away from stress as much as possible. But some people are in such extreme pain. They need very strong medication for it.
Victoria, Thank you for your thoughtful reply. You gave me much to consider. I'm finally sleeping soundly but I still get s lot of pain at various times so this info is helpful. I kind of wondered about arthritis Tylenol and it's been awhile since I took CBD but ever since I've been doing cns work some of my old treatments are now working better for me so it might be time to retry now that you reminded me. Special thanks. I hope you are well.💜💜💜
Thank you vic this helps a lot. I too have the same problem with sitting or standing too long...it stiffens me up too much. I'll try the arthritis Tylenol. I think at one point tried the soft gel cbds and didn't get anywhere from it. But I am willing to try again. Thanks for your response. Its much appreciated.😉
I cut down on sugar and limit eating too much chicken. Chicken and sugar were triggers for me. I try to stay active by walking/ counting steps. I use ice when I have pain in between my shoulder blades. I take a stress relief bath when my whole body hurts. I listen to my body and do what I can. If I'm too tired, I rest.
