I know everyone is different but the healthcare plan I'm enrolled in, including my primary care physician, suggest a whole foods plant based way of eating. I do think it helps me. :)

We love fish 🐟 salmon mackerel cod ect.
Its true, trust me. No one has even heard of it and its one of the best things out there. Doesn't taste great but who cares. Swoosh it in a smoothie. I use this and Collagen jellies. Also on Amazon. You take one a day. Mine is on a subscription so I don't have to remember to order. They come every 3 months. I've been taking them for 7 months. After the stroke I went down to 6 stone something. I looked awful. The living dead, my hair was falling out my skin was so dry.
After leaving and moving here being on those 2 things I now weight 8 n half stone my hair is growing like a weed. I had it trimmed today. I have to colour it every 3 weeks. It grows half an inch in 3 weeks. It's usually half an inch a month. I'm a week early. My skin glows. I've got more energy. I do take a few hours to get to life, Then I'm out for at least 2hrs walking here and there. Sitting on the beach or standing on the beach. I was out for 3hrs today. I get a slump after I've worked out. I work out for roughly 20 mins a day. Then do my weights. Then eat and try and rest HA! I end up doing art or photography. Today I lay on my heated pad for 2 minutes until I decided to paint my nails and put pretty things on them then do funky stuff to my clothes.
If you have a dress that is slightly too big or just plain at the front.
Grab a bangle or anything round, Place the bangle in the middle of the dress close to the top, not too close say 3 or 4 inches from the neck of dress. Plus the bigger the bangle or round thing the more cloth you'll use. Anywho!
Place the bangle on the outside with one hand, use the other hand to use a hairband and hold it in place, from the inside of the dress wrap the hair band around the dress and bangle until tight enough. And poof you have a whole new look.
You can do this with tee-shirt blouses alsorts.
Also get some clothes pins off amazon they are Cheap as chips. Pretty pearl and butterfly ones they come in packs of 12 pins for 3 quid.
Change tee-shirts by popping the pins in each sleeve starting from the bottom of the sleeve keep popping the pin In until all the sleeve is in and close pin. I think I'll take a photograph of the dress I just did. The dress was £2 from the charity shop. Its such a cool way of making something look fantastic. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 plus takes your mind off pain. Finding little exciting things to do. I used to sew a lot. My hands won't allow me to do much now. I'd sew scarves into hoods of sweatshirts jumpers so on. And straight away you have a different look. I ordered this defluffer off amazon. It's charged up by a USB thingy.
I told my mate to give me an old jumper with a hood that she loved but no longer wore out as it looked old.
I completely de fluffed it, then sewed a funky scarf around the hood.
She couldn't believe it was the same jumper it looked new. Also a 1 off. No one else will have one like that now will they 🥰
