I get this every now and again and it’s more annoying than painful. Any tips to get it to stop or do you know where it comes from? Is this a fibro symptom?

I can't take magnesium in pill form. It' can be hard on the stomach. This could also help pain and sleep wise ....Start with a low dose of Magnesium Glycinate. And add more until you are at the daily dose. Just incase. This is the safest form to not irritate the stomach.
Yes I get this, it's hard to describe but little needles is pretty spot on. It's just another weird one that appears . The needle sensation you are feeling is paresthesia I get it in my shoulders down my back all down the legs and into the feet. It's not there all the time. It does ease.
