My main pain issues right now are my back (the feeling like I am paralyzed, my back is a cement covered board, or that I just got ran over by a truck. My neck also hurts a lot, to where it is hard to move it to both sides. I am also experiencing severe jaw pain, but I grind my teeth at night. I was just put on Pregabalin on Friday. I did wake up in quite a bit less pain today than the previous two days. I am also having severe Restless Legs at night, as well as through the day. I have never had it during the day, until 3 weeks ago, but I blamed in on a new Psych Med. I had started. Thanks for listening!!!

I had a great relationship with dad, My mother would poison him again me or try too. She adopted another little boy after me and he was ill his fontanel didn't close up. They asked them to go back, Said it wasn't fair on me. Worst thing they could have said.
They pointed her into the direction of my brother Mark
She was an angry bitter hateful woman. I'd here her yelling at dad about going fishing. Blaa blaa you leave me alone blaa blaa. I was 9 when I walked in the kitchen and yelled 'Leave him alone! He never goes out he is always here doing stuff for you. In the end he had no.choice but to take her with him. I felt sorry for him. She'd complain about everything she didn't have this she didn't have that. He had a car load of stuff so when she was having a melt down he'd go to his car and grab something.
She was on my back all the time. We went into Foster care for awhile I stayed with my sister my brother went somewhere else. We were not very old my sister was only about 5 so I'd be 8. I don't remember how long we were there. Mother had had a breakdown. Dad had his own business painting and decorating. I could see this lost look in his eyes.
We went home. Knowing she had problems she was a nasty nightmare. Not to my siblings just me. It was my fault my little brother.was sent away.
I told her she should be grateful for what she had..A nice house children when she thought she'd never have them. Think of all the things to be grateful for everyday.
You'd have thought I'd told her she had a week to live. She would slap me for no.reason send me to my room and be crying when dad came home. It all looked like I'd been naughty when in reality I was a very quiet yet weird child πŸ˜‚ my best friends were the insects in the garden.
Everything I liked she tried to.take away.
She just could not stand dad encouraging me with my art.and piano ..
As I grew it got worse, Then came church because a friend went she had to go and she had to drag us along to show off. The lies she told over the years is unbelievable.
She's 94 and still doing it. She has a boyfriend. I went to see her with a trolley full of stuff for her. He walked in. Then said ' So why do some kids have a problem with being adopted' I left and haven't been back. My sister in law is either seriously ill or she thinks I'm stupid. She's so lucky I've calmed down. She was just.staring at me while I was doing mums hair. My kids were msging me. She came behind me and read my msgs. Well she didn't like what I wrote that's for sure. Dopey cow πŸ˜‚ she ran to my brother to tell him. Woman you are in your 50's get a grip. She's lucky I didn't thwack her. πŸ˜‚
My sister thinks she is the queen..Everything she says is so important just as she is. You can tell she is mums natural daughter. It's the wicked witch.and her flying monkeys πŸ’
I'm glad I've walked away. I feel so much better mentally. Dumb ass's πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
They taught us a valuable lesson. We do not want to be like that πŸ’œπŸ’•πŸ˜˜

@A MyFibroTeam Member So sorry lovely your going through this! Have you had an mri scan on your back/neck? If not it might be worth getting one so you know there is nothing more going on in your back. The doctor should be able to prescribe more pain meds along side the pregabalin I am on pregabalin, tramadol, nefopam and naproxen. They should be able to add 1 pain med along side the pregabalin don't be afraid to ask for things from your doctors because if you don't ask you don't get lol. This is how it works for fibromyalgia I am afraid!
Also they should be able to send you for physio. I would go back to your doctor tell them your still in agony you want a mri scan to see if anything more is going in your back. Tell them how much pain your in and how much your struggling and ask them if they can prescribe something and ask them to send you for physio. If you are battling with your mental health couciling or therapy might be a good idea. Fibromyalgia really has a bad impact on your mental health so if your mental health is in a better way the symptoms of your fibromyalgia will be less. I'm here for anything don't be afraid to reach out. I really hope your pain eases soon! ❀️ πŸ’™ πŸ’œ
