Vaseline that is the best and probably the cheapest. I've used it ever since I was 14, Around the eyes' you can use it. Don't rub dab. I use a makeup brush or sponge and dab.
Good eye cream... CeraVe Eye Repair Cream, Much more expensive but you do not need much at all. You can use Vaseline all over the body and if you pop it on feet put socks on straight away and wear to bed. The next morning they are lovely and soft. Also vices vapour rub on feet with socks and you can also use on pain points for relief and it warms the feet up as does Vaseline 😘😘😘😘
Almost all medications have “dry mouth” as a side effect. This I suppose could extend to other areas. The biggest concern with the mouth is the increased possibility of dental decay with the dry environment. Make sure you use a fluoride toothpaste, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and add a fluoride rinse if decay becomes an issue. I have a secret for the skin…. castor oil. It’s amazing for wrinkles and hydrates everything, including the lips. It’s also very inexpensive.

I didn’t request any lab tests. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which is an autoimmune disease and my rheumatologist orders a series of blood tests every three months. A couple of these tests confirmed Sjogren’s. That was about 18 years ago.
It is best to consult your doctor because from what I have read there are several tests that can be used to diagnose Sjogren's. A Rheumatologist would know what test to order. Sjogren's is also an autoimmune disease.
Yes, prescribed extra fluoride toothpaste stopped my cavities 🦷
