I have recently overdone it on changing my room round and my body is making sure I know that. But my gums and teeth are hurting so much. Just wondering if this was part of it or am I just over thinking things?
You probably were clenching your teeth. I get tooth pain for no reason it’s the craziest thing. My daughter has fibromyalgia too and she just had that happened to her for the first time she’s 40. I told her give it a week and see if it goes away . Sure enough it was gone in a week

Last year I had to have extensive dental work done, because of dry mouth. I try to sip on fluids frequently to keep my mouth moist, especially after all the pain, money and time I went through to get my teeth back into good shape. Sorry your teeth and gums are hurting you
