Yes, on multiple fronts. Any caffeine tightens and dehydrates our fascia.
Some people are also just super sensitive to it too, but most truly are in the beginning.
Caffeine tells your body to release cortisol. Our body naturally does this after being awake for 30 minutes to an hour. So, caffeine only compounds what is necessary and good- causing jitters and other undesirable effects.
People who have built a tolerance won’t notice, but they may very well have to have a sleep aid even if they are only morning drinkers.
It definitely has some pros as well, as it can act like a bit of a pain reliever for starters.
So much more I could say, but I’ll stop. 😅😂

I live on caffeine…2 cups of coffee in the morning is a must. Helps me to get going…I need a jump start! I’ve never had a problem with caffeine, thank goodness.
All caffeine =Very jittery, too much tea or chocolate does the same thing. And wine winds me up instead of relaxing me.
I love the taste and aroma of ☕. I only drink decaf. Regular makes me jittery. That's just me. I have found over the years what works best for me. I don't know of any specific info about coffee and fibro.
