@A MyFibroTeam Member I take 1/2 C unflavored Greek yogurt, 1/2 C frozen berries, 1 tsp fiber powder, 2 tsp collagen powder, 2 T hemp seeds, 2 T flax seeds, 1 scoop protein creatine powder in vanilla and water to the fill line and mix in my smoothie maker. You could add other things like spinach or chia seeds. Tons of nutrients and you donโt even know they are there.

Meatballs? lol. Iron in them.
