Poppy, there are general symptoms that we all have. Like aching, pains, insomnia, And then there seems to be several subsets of fibromyalgia that have a certain amount of different symptoms. Like tremors, neuropathy, extreme chronic fatique. It’s a long list. Triggers might be, insomnia, physical, or emotional stress, the weather, illness, diet. Try to google fibromyalgia and read up on it. Also google Pininterest and Fibromyalgia. Hope this helps🩷🌷 Victoria

Check out "Running On Empty" which has brilliant Dr. David S. Bell's Symptom List, which helped me to realize it is MEDICAL, not mental, post 2.5 years of being deliberately mis-diagnosed. It's only a summary, and this is Progressive so more and more Systemic Dysregulations pile on via exposures to more of the seven Cumulatively Disaffective Triggers. My prior posts have more info and resources. ME-CFS has even more, plus Treatments to mitigate, but big pharma wants to keep making huge profits on slapping drugs on symptoms. There's more, perhaps for later. Also 'hits' of Adrenaline are dangerous... I try to steer clear where feasible.
