I too have fibromyalgia. As of two weeks ago I began itching on my back, forearms and legs. It has since gotten worse. I have tried multiple creams, ointments, and benadryl. Nothing seems to help. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so what helped you. Thinking of calling my doctor.
I itch all over, I have to keep my nails short so I don't cause sores or my skin to bleed because I scratch so hard sometimes.
Sure does! Very annoying !!! Sometimes an ice pack helps, creams don’t. What MyFibroTeam said. Good luck, if you find something great. Please let us know.🥰
Does fibromyalgia cause itching?
Yes, fibromyalgia can cause itching, and you're definitely not alone in experiencing this. About 60 percent of people with fibromyalgia deal with chronic itching. The areas you're experiencing it—back, forearms, and legs—are actually among the most commonly affected spots.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I am so itchy! Especially one particular spot on my upper back. I have scratched it raw before. I even bought a back scratcher for work because I can't stand not having one all day lol.
