I was wearing my sunglasses and had been asked why about a 100 times. Ignoring the question and taking myself off to make a drink. I turned around to see him screwing the long screws downwards. Rather than buying a whole mattress you might want to start with a mattress topper which is quite a bit cheaper. I purchased one off of Amazon. Mine is from abene. Hoping you find what works for you.
My husband and I invested in an adjustable pillow top firm bed from Mattress Firm. I love the adjustable frame. I sleep with both my head and feet elevated. It helps with morning shoulder, back, hip and leg pain and stiffness. Once I found the right adjustment setting I've been able to sleep on my back or either side. Best bed I've ever had.

@A MyFibroTeam Member we have a sleep number. But we also have a product called grounding well. Look it up. The first night I slept on this I only got up once that night. Awesome. Not saying I wasnβt hurting when I got up. My joints were stiff as usual but I slept good.
