Never mind! Found it by scrolling through my timeline. Odd that it is so hard to find. I wanted to find it so I can copy and paste my symptoms that I listed in it into my Story.

Where did your intro blurb go?
If you typed up an intro blurb that's separate from your "Story," it was likely a post or update you shared on the community feed. Here's how to find it:
Check your profile activity
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner
- Select "View My Profile"
- Look through your Show Full Answer

Check your profile activity:
- Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner
- Select "View My Profile"
- Look through your posts and updates on your profile page
Search the home feed:
- Tap the home icon on the navigation bar
- Scroll through recent posts to see if you can spot it
If you shared it as a post using the "How are you today?" prompt or "Share something else" option, it would appear on the main feed and your profile activity, not in your Story section.
If you still can't find it, it's possible it didn't save properly when you posted it. You might need to recreate and repost it.
