Yes its the fibromyalgia

Yes
Yes, individuals with fibromyalgia can experience a red warm face as a
symptom. This can manifest as a rash across the nose and cheeks, often
referred to as the "butterfly" rash, which is a common symptom of
fibromyalgia. The rash can be uncomfortable, make it hard to sleep, and
cause self-consciousness. The exact cause of this rash is not fully
understood, but it may be related to an immune reaction that causes the
skin to become more sensitive. Additionally, fibromyalgia can cause dry
skin, which further intensifies the itchiness and rash. To manage these
symptoms, it is recommended to stay hydrated, use natural products on the
skin, apply sunscreen, eat healthily, and avoid fast food and refined
sugar. Treatments and medications are available to relieve the discomfort
and itchiness caused by the face rash.

Does anyone wake up with red, warm face cheeks with fibromyalgia?

You're not alone in experiencing unusual sensations and symptoms that seem to come and go unpredictably. Fibromyalgia affects the central nervous system, which can cause a wide variety of symptoms throughout the body, including changes in skin sensations and temperature regulation.

Many MyFibroTeam members report experiencing excessive sweating and temperature fluctuations with fibromyalgia. Some describe sweating during both day and night, and feeling temperature changes that don't match their environment. These autonomic nervous system changes could potentially contribute to facial flushing or warmth.

The fact that your symptoms vary from night to night and resolve within a few hours is consistent with how fibromyalgia symptoms can fluctuate unpredictably. Members often describe symptoms that appear suddenly and affect different areas at different times.

Since this symptom is concerning you and you haven't identified a clear pattern, it's worth discussing with your healthcare provider. They can help rule out other potential causes and determine if this is related to your fibromyalgia or if there's another explanation that needs attention.

Keep tracking when it happens - noting any patterns with sleep position, room temperature, stress levels, or flare-ups might help you and your doctor understand what's triggering it.
