Iโm really trying to understand how these conditions overlap for others โ especially when it comes to pain levels, flares, and just basic daily functioning. Some days itโs almost impossible to tell which condition is causing what. ๐ฉ๐ญ
And trying to find medications that are safe to mix for all three? Thatโs a whole other nightmare. ๐โ๏ธ It feels like a constant balancing act between relief and side effects.

I was the opposite, I received a fibro diagnosis pretty young.
So most everything else was harder fought for as it can be easy to sweep things under fibroโs large umbrella of symptoms.

That's Amazing that you found something that helps. I was just officially diagnosed with the fibromyalgia in February 2026 so I am trying to adjust to the new diagnosis. I have been diagnosed with neuropathy and DDD years ago like 2011 I beliece

It has helped tremendously and I continue to see improvements.
I hope you find what works for you. ๐๐๐
Rooting for you!
