It's a lower dose than cyclobenzaprine. I take cyclobenzaprine for muscle spasms. It really helps stops them, which in turn decreases my pain.

I initially had a hard time finding a pharmacy had Tonma.. I ended up at CVS (US) and haven't had an issue since getting setup with them. If sleep tends to drive your Fibromyalgia, I think this would help you.
After taking it for over a month, it has definitely allowed me to wake up refreshed and with less pain. The monster isn't gone, but has calmed quite a bit.
It is on the higher side of any of my meds so be prepared for that. I have been very pleased thus far.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I have been on pregabalin (Lyrica) for years for neuropathy and it has helped my neuropathy but not my muscle pain of fibro.
