I usually go to Erica Stephenson-Jackson at Vursatyle Massage and spa ( only there is no spa!) . She is off cave springs blvd., and is very good. I would MAKE SURE YOU TELL HER SWEDISH, or FURTHER EXPLAIN LIGHT TOUGH, or a relaxing stone massage would be good too. I am not meaning to say that she is overly-aggressive or anything, but right before this Fibro. Demon occurred (Just weeks before actually), I had her give me a deep tissue massage. I was barely able to get out of bed for 2 days! I realized that all the “Pain”, I was experiencing before, was actually fibro. Pain, and the massage caused quite a flare!! I am absolutely sure she will listen to any of her needs. My mom goes to her 1x a month for fibro. And arthritis and loves her, as do I!! She also frequently has Groupons, as well as her website, which I can’t find in my planner now! I am sure it is just the name . Com. One suggestion!!
