My husband has been around me since before my diagnosis. Hypochondriac was a word often used or just a wimp. We married in 1991 but I wasnt diagnosed until late 2003. And he has seen me when I've been really bad. But I still can't help think8ng to myself when he gets the flu & is hurting. I want to but I don't say. Welcome to my good days. Especially if he says something I think is stupid. Recently he, my friend who has CF & is staying in her trailer on our place & i all came down with Covid or the flu. All of you know how winter weather & cold affect us anyway. Well for 3 days, I was mostly bed ridden. And he made the comment, well I went to work every day.
If it wouldn't be so expensive Id have taken his false teeth outside and kicked them all over the place.
So no Trevor, finding a girlfriend who has either Fibo or CF isnt a dumb idea. In many ways it's a smart 1.
I know you are bedridden most of the time. Are there any support groups for Fibromyalgia, CF or even chronic pain in your local area? If so, reach out to them.
