Looking for connection with someone who truly understands what living with fibromyalgia is like? That's completely relatable!

Many MyFibroTeam members talk about how challenging it can be when others don't understand the daily reality of chronic pain, fatigue, and other symptoms. Finding people who "get it" makes a huge difference.

The community is full of members who support each other through the ups and downs. They share experiences, offer encouragement, and connect on a deeper level because they understand what it's like to navigate life with fibro.

Members often exchange contact information, check in on each other, and build genuine friendships. Some even refer to each other as "soul sisters" or "brothers and sisters" - brought together by shared experiences.

Whether you're looking for friendship, understanding, or just someone to talk to who won't judge, connecting with others in the community who share similar experiences can be incredibly meaningful and supportive.

My husband has been around me since before my diagnosis. Hypochondriac was a word often used or just a wimp. We married in 1991 but I wasnt diagnosed until late 2003. And he has seen me when I've been really bad. But I still can't help think8ng to myself when he gets the flu & is hurting. I want to but I don't say. Welcome to my good days. Especially if he says something I think is stupid. Recently he, my friend who has CF & is staying in her trailer on our place & i all came down with Covid or the flu. All of you know how winter weather & cold affect us anyway. Well for 3 days, I was mostly bed ridden. And he made the comment, well I went to work every day.
If it wouldn't be so expensive Id have taken his false teeth outside and kicked them all over the place.
So no Trevor, finding a girlfriend who has either Fibo or CF isnt a dumb idea. In many ways it's a smart 1.
I know you are bedridden most of the time. Are there any support groups for Fibromyalgia, CF or even chronic pain in your local area? If so, reach out to them.
