I have mild carpal tunnel in both hands. And my neck injection is tomorrow.
Thank you!
Learning and making myofascial release a practice has helped me the most, especially with desk work!
That and getting up every 30-45 minutes, for a few minutes at least.
Hope you find the things that help you!!
Use a carpel tunnel support brace for hands or use a wrist brace while on the computer.
Dry needling treatment in my neck and shoulders helped my arm pain a lot for a while. It’s worth a try! I also prop my elbows on something soft instead of on my desk when I’m working on the computer and that has been really helpful.
Also, hello from Harrisonburg, VA! 😊 We’re not too far from each other!
Try CBD or Magnesium topically to help reduce the pain.
