I have mild carpal tunnel in both hands. And my neck injection is tomorrow.

Learning and making myofascial release a practice has helped me the most, especially with desk work!
That and getting up every 30-45 minutes, for a few minutes at least.

Use a carpel tunnel support brace for hands or use a wrist brace while on the computer.

Dry needling treatment in my neck and shoulders helped my arm pain a lot for a while. It’s worth a try! I also prop my elbows on something soft instead of on my desk when I’m working on the computer and that has been really helpful.

Try CBD or Magnesium topically to help reduce the pain.
