The pain you're describing sounds incredibly frustrating. While the search results don't specifically mention elbow knots, many MyFibroTeam members describe similar experiences with tender points and localized pain that can feel unbearable.
Fibromyalgia commonly causes:
• Tender points throughout the body
• Localized areas of intense pain
• Numbness and tingling, especially in the arms
• Muscle stiffness and soreness
That feeling of wanting to scream from the pain is something many in the community understand. One MyFibroTeam member described feeling pain "all over your body" and how challenging it is when the pain becomes visible because you no longer have the strength to hide it.
If these knots are new or worsening, it's worth discussing with your doctor to ensure you're getting appropriate treatment. Heat therapy, gentle stretching, or adjusting medications might help provide some relief.
You're definitely not alone in dealing with this kind of intense, localized pain.

If I keep my elbows in one position for too long bent or straight. Then it causes them to feel injured.
Also if I move them to much which isn’t much at all or just use them such as lifting a bag or something. It feels like they have been injured. But it would good to get it looked at by a Dr incase it something else.
