Members shared widespread experiences with mysterious lumps and knots, particularly around the neck, spine, shoulders, and lower back, with many expressing relief at finally connecting these painful nodules to fibromyalgia after years of doctors being unable to explain them. Several members described management strategies that provide temporary relief, including weekly chiropractic visits, monthly massages, heat therapy, and dietary changes like avoiding sugar, processed foods, and diet sodas to reduce inflammation and toxins. A recurring theme was the frustration of lumps returning quickly after treatment or migrating to other areas, alongside the validation of discovering that others share this isolating and often misunderstood symptom.

I have little wee lumps in my neck especially when it is bad I can feel them. I think they are still there even when it's not bothering me but they are not as swollen. Yes it's better to say away from chemicals and don't drink diet pop it is very bad for you.
