Has anyone woken up from their sleep drenched in sweat?

Yes, and if it is as TreverJ describes, it might not be a bad idea to get tested for sleep apnea (particularly since it presents differently in women.) A male friend of mine noticed that type of sweating as one of the first symptoms of his sleep apnea. And yes, hormonal shifts etc. can also cause variations in sweating.

Hi Kylie, yeah.. quite often and I went through menopause years ago so that's not it. 🥴
I used to always be cold but now can't control my temp - cold one minute, hot and sweaty the next. I no longer wear my sodt warm snuggly PJ'S. Now it's always something light.
Sorry you're going through this!
Love,
Deb 😘
