In addition to suffering with fibromyalgia and all of its maladies. I now have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis which is making it really difficult to determine which is causing my current state of health.
I have lumps or knots in my fascia and muscles, all over. They are tender or painful to the touch.
But I also have a few pebble like places that feel more under the skin. Some I think I can attribute to adhesions after a surgery. Others no clue.
You could always ask a dermatologist to verify. 🤷♀️
