I have a friend who broke her shoulder this summer. Her 3 boys are trying to get her on it. They say it's amazing. Boys are in 30s & 40s. Anyway i looked it up & the science is there. Its been around for a while. But few clinical trials. So not FDA approved. I searched about it helping with Fibromyalgia & it says it could be very helpful. I researched it just a bit and I think it sounds risky. I see different companies have packaged it, so who knows what is really in those bottles. They don't have to follow any guidelines since it's not FDA approved. Buyer beware.

Can’t say that I have, but I’m curious to read about it.
I did type it into SuppCo. Looks like some products meet their claims and others fall short. But we see those same disparities in all supplements.
So, if you decide to try it maybe check it there first. 🤷♀️
Edit: looks pretty expensive, not to say it couldn’t be worth it. Just unattainable for some, myself included.
