I deal with body tremors. They say it’s likely from my anxiety disorder, but they’re still a pain. I also recently started having what I believe are called something like inside tremors, where your body is completely still but you feel like you’re shaking- kind of like if you sat on a kiddie rollercoaster. It’s a great time. 10/10 would recommend developing this pointless symptom and feeling like you’ve lost your mind 24/7. 👎🏻😝💩

Yes, body shakes and muscle twitches are experienced by many people with fibromyalgia. These sensations can occur randomly and may feel similar to chills or tremors even when you're not cold or sick. Some people experience these twitches particularly when trying to fall asleep. These sensations can be accompanied by other symptoms like:
• Muscle spasms and cramps
• Creepy-crawly sensations
• Numbness in certain areas
• Pain or soreness

If these symptoms are affecting your quality of life, it's important to discuss them with your healthcare provider, as they may be able to suggest management strategies.
