All day every day, it’s weird how it seems to move around but everything still hurts..I use a natural balm for my pain..it can take a while but it works if you keep on top of the applications. Don’t forget to rest plenty even if you have plenty of things that need doing. Self care is where it starts with the battle we have been blessed with xx
Everything is hurting me. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. So I think it must have been the bad thunderstorm and the barometric pressure must have dropped.
