Members strongly agreed that fibromyalgia involves far more than widespread pain, sharing a wide range of symptoms including fatigue, brain fog, IBS, muscle spasms, skin crawling sensations, dizziness, anxiety, and sensitivity to heat and cold. Several members described the frustration of not being believed by others or having doctors dismiss new symptoms as 'just fibromyalgia' rather than investigating further. A recurring theme was how exhausting it is to manage so many unpredictable symptoms, alongside the relief of finally finding a supportive medical team.

I agree with you. Besides the constant pain, I too have ichy skin that drives me nuts, am hot and cold all the time, and other things, then when I tell someone who does not have fibro they don't believe me or it's all in my head. I wish they could get a taste of what I am going through then maybe they would understand better.

Out of nowhere joint pain that Ortho can’t figure out. Thursday I’ll see orthopedic specialist #4 lets see if they can figure me hip/groin pain, lol. My favorite worst part is when the drs don’t know what they are talking about and use your Fibromyalgia diagnosis as
“their answer” to your pain. It’s a catch all for some doctors.

Fatigue, lack of energy, electric shocks that come randomly. Weakness in tendons and muscles just to name a few. And of course pain.

Yeah besides the widespread pain irritable bowel syndrome, chronic migraines, spasms, sensitive to hot and cold, smell, sitting or standing for long periods time is ridiculous, etc
