When I was experiencing acid reflux, yes. A nurse explained that I need to not eat anything three hours before going to bed. There were other tips she shared if you ever want me to pass them along.
I can't help but wonder if you might be dealing with acid reflux/GERD?
The other weird thing I have is that if I fall asleep and then am shocked awake by for example a loud sound, I do feel nauseated. I think that's from the adrenaline.
I do hope you feel better!

Nausea is typically sign of severe Hypovolemia (perhaps in combo with Heat Stroke), which can be dangerous... if also accompanied by diarrhea, get to ER asap for IV Drip.

Hello my dear friends, Thanks for the detailed answers. 🤗 I do know know that I need to share more details when I post a question. 🫢 I suspect this is GERD in my situation. I must have been feeling nausiated due to sensory overload. This is a recent experience. It is discomforting in addition to muscle jolts. I feel tried and sleepy but Im scared that these feelings come back to me which they do so eventually I take a sleeping pill to force mmyself to sleep. I have a very low threshold to stimuli. More meditation 🧘‍♂️ + isolation 🫥 is probably helpful. Last night I felt so desperate when I posted this question. Thank you for being 'there' for me. I always find home and care when I'm in our space. Hugs and more hugs! 💜🌷

Hi Linda
Hope you’re having a good day. Do you still need radiation treatment for your lungs? 🌺🥰
