Yes, it's actually a symptom of Fibro usually, but to be safe you might want to get it checked out. I've had pins and needles for years. I tend to try to ignore it or shake it out if I can. It's also in my arms, hands, legs and feet.
I get pins and needles in my hands and fingers. I believe it is a Fibro symptom.
Yes, almost daily, sometimes 1-3xs a day... Makes me feel like I could have a stroke or something, hate when they do that. .. My face tingles really bad too...😞
Yes my hands and arms fall asleep. The same for my legs and feet.
Yes I do however I have degenerative disc disease and have already had one fusion in my neck. I know it sounds crazy but when it's bad ice on and off for about 10 min at a time helps sometimes.
