Some days I have difficulty deciding whether or not I am being lazy, or whether it's the chronic illness. I ask these same questions of myself. I get home and don’t feel like doing anything bc of fatigue. My house is a huge mess and I’m not one of those people who says that when there is a little dust. It is bad. My husband’s pain level is a lot higher than mine so he can’t do much cleaning. He tries though. Money too. I feel the same way. We have to listen to our bodies though. I might work through the pain bc my pain level is tolerable most days, but the fatigue is so overwhelming and difficult to overcome. We need to give ourselves grace. This is something that I am trying to work on. Hope this helps even just a little.
@A MyFibroTeam Member don't compare how much you can do to how much others can do. You do you. This condition affects everyone definitely. You do as much as you can without making yourself ache more. Hope that makes sense. Be kind to yourself. I am slowly learning that. I know it isn't easy but you will get there.
