Or on uneven ground. I loose my balance very easily and trip often. I have to carefully look at my surroundings and try to find the flattest ground without any bumps or uneven edges. Do any of you experience this too when walking? I used to be an avid runner. How things have changed.

I’m 76 and I don’t either fall or lose my balance except maybe a little when I smoke weed!
I can relate to the imbalances and also used to be rather athletic. I gave up some activities due to frequent falls. I use a cane on long walks or uneven ground. I'm 64. Now I play brain games! Lol

I also have the same issue. The slightest incline and on the floor I go or ground. And I’ve had that issue of falling since I first got diagnosed. I could swear Mother Nature is throwing banana peels out everywhere I walk! SMH 🤦♀️
Yes I struggle with balance, the slightest camber beneath my feet can send me in a different direction instantly.. if there’s an edge to slip off I’ll find it. I think it could be connected to vertigo but don’t quote me on that. I also have permanent tinnitus which I don’t think helps
