I have a question! I seem to be getting abdominal pains and at times it gets really bad. Okay we're grown-ups here and I'm going to ask more for the females it feels like when you're going through your monthly the cramp pains, but I've had a full hysterectomy so there's nothing there. The pain comes and goes. my husband seems to think it's due to the fibromyalgia. I've spoken to my primary doctor and she sent me for a CT scan x-ray but he feels it could be a waste of money. I get pains like that when IBS hits me like the trainwreck it is. Sometimes it means IBS is forthcoming, other times it's just there to make me suffer, I swear. Get tests done anyway, better it be nothing than you find out later down the line it's something serious. I just had an MRI because my lower half is attempting murder. It could just be Fibromyalgia trying to tear me apart - or - it could be my stupid spine doing its best to fall apart.

You never know until you've done due diligence.

Take care of yourself, lady. (And happy birthday, btw) xx

Ive had the exact same. At 21 I’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis. I had my second laproscopy last year to check on these pains which sound very similar to what you describe, I was told this is not due to my endometriosis and told to take the contraceptive pill without having breaks for 6 months. Even though I have done this I still continue to have the same pain. I have been told I have IBS but this pain definitely feels like gyne pains rather than gastro.

Could be irritable bowel syndrome, could be adhesions [scar tissue] or something else. I recommend the cat scan

Yep same here. She did an uterus biopsy that just about killed me from the pain. It could be bowel related. Do you have IBS?
