Yes, all those symptoms are from your flare-up. Get a heating pad and keep warm. It should help. You can also get a tens unit from AMAZON and they work great for pain. Praying for you.

If you have access to medical care, it can be helpful to check in with your care providers, especially if they've diagnosed you, to understand the nature of flare ups for you, specifically.
Yes, these areas can all flare up in my experience.
