All the time all over. Yes like sunburn on the skin, or under the skin or both. Also even feels like it’s in the body.
Yes I’m wondering too has any one found anything that helps?

I get it right in the middle of my back, just below my shoulder blades. It’s like someone is hitting me with a hot poker. Sometimes I feel it in my lower back too. For me, massage can help those areas. Sometimes I do a lot of stretching when it occurs and it starts to mellow out.

I get it mildly all over almost everyday and severe in spots sometimes. One night, it was so bad on my back, I ended up using some hydrocortisone cream and it mellowed the burning sensation to tolerable again. It definitely makes wearing things difficult.

Oh yes, for me it is one of the worse fibro symptoms. It makes you want to step out of your body or jump in an ice bath. This symptom comes and goes and usually with a couple of days goes away. There is nothing in my arsenal of fibro fighting remedies that I can point to that helps this symptom go away. But, on occasion, a shot of toradol (anti inflamatory) which I can get from either my pain management doctor or Guidewell Emergency Doctors (urgent care) will help take the edge off.
