Wondering if anyone has a personal experience with dry needling they’d be willing to share. 🤗
I've done acupuncture and it does relax you a lot. I feel it helped me but it's not a cure of coarse. I just got tired of going 2 times a week.
Thanks, Sabrina. I’ve never tried acupuncture and I’ve always been curious.
Dry needling is different and performed by a physical therapist.
Found this for anyone interested in the difference between acupuncture and dry needling.

I haven’t done much reading on it, but it looks like acupuncture goes into certain points called acu-points along the bodies meridians, whereas dry needling goes directly into muscle knots and trigger points.
Sounds very similar, but they have distinct differences.
I presume the needles and durations are probably different as well. 🤷♀️
However, I’ve never experienced either so I can’t really speak to it outside what I’ve read.
If dry needling is the same thing as acupuncture... I love it. Acupuncture helps me alot. It helps with my energy level and some pains.
I've walked in there with a migraine and walked out without a migraine.
BUT get a reputable acupuncturist. 👍👍
