Canes, walker and roller. I used to have a potty chair.. Honey, start using your devices, You must not fall,,,
I have orthese for both legs, prescribed by an orthopedist and customized for my shape. It reduced 50% of the pain and it allows me to stand up a longer times
I use a cane when walking long distance. Or when pain is severe.
my dog helps me out of bed and up stairs
I don’t but i have full leg knee orthese on both legs
