I’ve got more energy in the morning but after I’m leaning on my cane. Hope the weather stays at one temperature in NJ cuz it’s causing me bad inner flare pain. For lent, I’ll b checking email but other than that I won’t b on my phone!
God bless!
Mine comes and goings. Rest one day and the next I have lots of energy. It's been like that for a number of years.
So so, it differs from day to day.
I have energy most days. But it’s more like small spurts of energy. I rest in between activities/chores. If I have a really full day, or a stressful event or experience, then I can sink into the fatigue. I try to keep moving and take short walks or do short reps of stationary exercises to keep the adrenaline going to help with my pain.
