Members rallied around someone struggling with low energy levels, with many recommending specific vitamins like B12, vitamin D, and magnesium as effective energy boosters, while a few members mentioned Berocca, a fizzy multivitamin tablet available in supermarkets. Several members shared personal experiences of increased energy after taking prescribed vitamin D or B12 injections, and encouraged getting blood work done to identify any deficiencies before starting supplements. A recurring theme was the importance of testing vitamin levels first and starting with the right dose, rather than guessing, and the understanding that fatigue is a common challenge with fibromyalgia that requires patience and self-care.

Hello Ann
I take magnesium too because my son did some research into fibromyalgia and that was one of the vitamins recommended.
I also take a B complex to help my mood as I've come off my anti depressants and that seems to be working.
I dint have many 'down' days now.
When I saw the soecialist at Barts, he poked and prodded me, like they do and each pain, he told me whether it was Fibromites or vit D deficiency and that was before he tested my blood,
After taking the prescribed dose, which is hundreds of times more than you can get in the chemist, some of my pains did actually disappear so it's well worth getting it checked so that you can get the right dose for you actually prescribed.
The sun was indeed uplifting, new leaves on the trees, birds singing and everything springing into life, just love it
Take care and let me know what happens
God bless you 😍Xx
