No matter what I do, I'm always overheated. I have a secondary air conditioner in my bedroom, in addition to the central air running through the house. @A MyFibroTeam Member Never be ashamed about something that is outside your control. Our bodies are different from other people's, and no matter what, no one deserves an explanation of why we must do things differently. That's not anyone's business but ours. Don't ever let anyone have the power to make you feel less than perfect, our bodies around do that for us.

My body temp goes from hot to cold several times everyday. Once I get hot I can't cool down for hours and the same goes for when I get cold I can't get warm. I'm putting on a sweater and taking it

Yes Jacqui. I am like that. My wife is the opposite. She constantly has the heating on. I spend a lot of time in my bedroom with no heating and the window open. What I can’t understand is how I can feel so hot, often sweating, but my body is cold to touch. Take care.
I tell my doctor. You used to be a god. No longer google is. They are not happy.
I love how all of us have had the "we know the doctor is wrong" moment. Sadly, they never do listen. The best snarky comment I've ever read states, "Your 6 years of medical school does not make you an expert on my condition when I've lived with it longer than you've been in school".
