My worst side is my left but there's times my whole back left, middle and right. I'm thankful that it doesn't seem to be running down my left leg like it did prior to the 2 back surgeries I had.
If your pain is going down your leg it's probably because of the sciatic nerve. I pray you get some relief soon. I may have mentioned this already but I also use Diclofenac cream to help ease the pain. It can be bought OTC under the name of Voltaren. Hope this help. 💖🙏💖

Try alternative therapies as well as pain management too. Like reflexology, massages…..

Go run yourself a bath with epsom salts too!

My worst side is my left to and my flare up always starts on left side of chest then shoulder and then upper back then lower back and do on . I'm in flare up now
